Where to begin? The room pricing was considerably higher than it should have been for the quality. You had to turn in the room key by 9:30 to get the room serviced. The refrigerator in the kitchenette would not get cold. Notified the front desk. Maintenance determined that the frig was not functioning. Did not hear from anyone. Pushed to get the issue taken care of. Two days later, a different frig showed up from another room. Would not fit where the original was set. Had to be left on the floor outside of the cabinet. At least that one worked. The upstairs restaurant was very poor quality and everything was overcooked and tasteless. The "pool close by" was in the middle of a construction zone and had no water. If there is no pool access, please do not advertise it. The bathroom appeared to be designed by someone that had no clue. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet was a miniature commode set so close to the shower that you had to sit side-wise to keep from knocking your knees on the shower wall. Room repairs and maintenance appeared to be severely lacking. For the price paid I would like that someone could at least check to see that everything was working.
I will not be returning to this hotel ever. Very disappointing.
Really sorry to bring this to light, but hopefully the owner and management can improve some of these items.
