The open living, dining and cooking area is cozy and stylish and light flooded. The upstream loggia brings you closer to the sea. Not only can you see it, you can hear, smell and feel it. The balcony faces south and offers you the spectrum from sunrise over * highnoon * to the sunset. Enjoy the fresh sea air and just let your mind wander.

Equipment: After entering the apartment you can reach a small hallway past the guest toilet in the spacious living and dining area. This is preceded by the south balcony, allowing you a unique sea view. From the open living, dining area leads to a spiral staircase upstairs in the bedrooms and in the bathroom.  The different levels of this duplex apartment give the apartment that special something.

Special features / Extras: The apartment is equipped and furnished to a high standard. It has a fixed and Internet connection, as well as a DVD player and a big screen TV. A fenced parking space is also available. A lift is available. A coffee maker, toasters 2 beach chairs, sofa and patio furniture and umbrella, as well as books and games complete the facilities. A highchair is ready for the little ones. Non smoking apartment!

s.auch Mail vom 20.10.24/11.14 h Die Wohnung war vom mZuschnitt her komplett i.O.Der Abstand Whg.-Parkplatz sollte besser kommuniziert da auch gehbehinderte Person mit gewarnt sind.Silikonfugen im müssen erneuert werden/Schimmel.Dusch vorhang ist nicht mehr State of the Art.Duschtür/Duschwand iost besser.Alle Restbestände vom Vormieter sollten entfernt sein (gebrauchte Haarbürsten/Slipeinlagen(neu),geöffnete Lebensmittel,Salz,Pfeffer,Filtertüten,div.angefangene Duschshampoo,Geschirrspültabs,>benutzte Waschhandschuhe.Die inneren Glasflächen waren verschmutzt.Die Stufenfarbe der Wendeltreppe ist farblich identisch mit dem Bodenbelag,bzw.die letzte Stufe zum Wohnraum ist nur schwer zu erkennen.Das Treppengeländer muss im oberen Bereich festgeschraubt werden

Ausblick zum Geniessen

Tolle Lage mit super Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Leider ist das Schlafsofa für einen Erwachsenen nicht geeignet, schon gar nicht für zwei (harte Liegefläche ohne Komfort). Stark frequentierter Parkplatz am Fliegerdeich, der vor allem abends und bis in die Nacht nicht nur zum Parken, sondern vor allem zum sinnlosen Hin- und Herfahren, auch mit lauter Musik, genutzt wird. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den schönen Ausblick zu jeder Tageszeit genossen.

Flitterwochen (50 !Jahre) am Jadebusen

Eine Woche im Helgolandhaus mit vielen tollen Erlebnissen. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und auch unser kleiner Hund hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wilhelmshaven ist eine Reise wert.

Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung sehr sehr verdreckt . Decken Couch massiv verschmutzt durch Tierhaare . Fußböden in allen Zimmern unsauber

Wir haben unseren Heimaturlaub genossen.

Das Helgolandhaus hat eine aussergewöhnliche gute Lage. Vom ganzen Touristentrubel bekommt man aber nicht viel mit. Das /die Treppenhäuser wirken nur ein wenig trostlos. Aber ansonsten alles tip-top!

Besser geht es nicht!

Das ist wirklich eine traumhafte Wohnung. Im 5. Stock gelegen hatten wir eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Jade. Die Einrichtung ist sehr wertig, hell und geschmackvoll, das Inventar an Geschirr und Gerätschaften absolut zufriedenstellend. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich, die Kommunikation schon vorher hervorragend, Check in und out problemlos. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen.

Urlaub mit Meeresblick

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Gemütliche Wohnetage, alles , was man/frau braucht, vorhanden. Das "Kinderzimmer" fand ich persönlich ungemütlich, auch die Schlafcouch war nicht so toll. Für 2 Leute wäre die Couch nicht geeigniet gewesen. Super waren die Sonnenaufgänge vom Wohnzimmer aus. Leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, so dass man möglichst alles mitbringen muss, bzw. ein Auto zum Einkaufen braucht. Die Fischbude nebenan ist sehr zu empfehlen.

traumhafter Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und sauber. Der Ausblick auf den Jadebusen ist atemberaubend schön. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Erholung pur am Südstrand von Wilhelmshaven

Top Lage und Ausstattung der schicken Ferienwohnung auf 2 Etagen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon direkt aufs Meer und auf der anderen Seite auf den großen Hafen ist super. Mehr geht nicht. Die Ausstattung ist prima und neben allem, was man so braucht, gibt es eine große Badewanne, 2 Kaffeemaschinen und sogar ein großes Fernglas Einzig die 3. Person hätte ein ordentliches Bett gebraucht. Schlafen auf einer Couch, die man nicht ausziehen kann und die eng ist, war für 1 Erwachsenen nicht wirklich bequem. Aber für 2 Personen gerne wieder und absolut empfehlenswert.
