"I couldn’t sleep the first night loud refrigerator and a/c they put in a new refrigerator the next day that helped, tv and phone didn’t work, they fixed that. We had 2 bath towels, really! The breakfast was one of the worse I’ve come across. And don’t get the rooms in the back of the property so weird. Lots of homeless hanging around the property on every corner and at Dennys next door. We ate at Dennys and it was cold food. I cook 1 server. Whole experience was sad"

"The price was good. The staff was helpful but not overly friendly, doing the job. The room was great! Good size with a recliner and the bathroom was a good size. I had a king bed that slept well. I think there are people actually living in some of the units and many homeless in the area so the property felt questionable but there is security and they moved people off that weren't supposed to be there. It's near a ramp for the freeway but noise was not a problem. I would stay again."

We advised the desk we would not be staying and they told us they would not charge us. They lied as it showed up on my credit card. When I saw that, I called Expedia, who then notified me the next day that the hotel told them they did not charge us. "We went here prior to Lion’s Gate and this place was no good. It was gross and had trash inside the room, poop on the toilet seat, a used condom in the bath tub. It was nasty. It was a lot of unsavory things going on there and the bathroom smelled like marijuana due to tenant next door smoking in their bathroom it came through the vent. It was not somewhere we wanted to stay so we got a refund after less than 20 minutes. Never again at any location with this name."

"Spacious room, although some minor repairs/upkeep were needed. Staff was lovely, bed was great. Was surprised to be charged $10 should I want to park in the hotel lot. This was a fiest for me. Plenty of parking on the street, as was my choice."
