The shower head was so low my husband had to bend down to get under it I am 5'4 and I barley fit under it as well. There was NO shower pressure at all. "We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here."

"Horrible customer service from front desk staff. Lobby under renovation so you have to check in at the restaurant across the street and enter the hotel from the back stairs or the parking garage which is dark. Kitchenette room was clean and decent but there is no housekeeping daily or when you call for towels they don’t bring any. I had to go to the lobby in the pouring rain just to get towels after I requested them hours earlier in the day."
