"Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, nach meiner Reklamation, weil ich die Reinigung bestellt hatte (scheint nicht selbstverständlich zu sein), wurde am zweiten Tag nur das Bett gemacht! Beim Frühstück musste ich drum kämpfen eine warme pflanzliche Milch zu bekommen. Es habe keine Pfanne, schliesslich ..."
