"Das Bettlaken war bei Ankunft dreckig. Da es aus dem Bad stark gestunken hat, würde mir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Leider müffelte auch hier das Bad nach Kloake."

"Personal war sehr freundlich. Hotel hatte alles was man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende war das Vierbettzimmer völlig ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es allerdings zu beengt gewesen. 1 Doppelbett und 2 weitere Betten in einer Reihe. Reinigung der Zimmer ist standardmäßig alle 3 Tage, außer man möchte jeden Tag. Das einzige was uns da bisserl gestört hat, war das wir mehrfach um Toilettenpapier bitten mussten. Wir hatten angegeben, dass für uns die...

"I just had a very short one night stay to catch my 6 am flight to AMS early in the morning. Everything was really great. My room was spacious and comfortable and the folks at the reception were superfriendly and helpful. My room was also impeccably clean. Awesome!"

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist zwei Jahre gekommen, aber es war picobello sauber. Das Frühstück war hervorragend somit kann man das auch gut bewerten."

"Room said multiple beds, there was one bed… You would think no problem, i will go get it sorted at reception, but no. Staff wanted €40 euro upgrade for a room with two beds, stating also the only reason i couldn’t have the room with multiple beds is because i didn’t have a child. I paid for a room with multiple beds, and it read as such on the receipt. Basic customer service, decency and courtesy seriously lacking."
