"I stayed with my husband and my nearly 2-year old daughter. In our time in Malta, this was our most enjoyable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I unfortunately forgot to mention that we needed a travel cot and only the front of house was left by the time we arrived but he kindly set up the travel cot for us. "A wonderful week's stay in this delightful hotel whilst visiting family in a nearby village. Appreciated the spacious room with large bathroom including a walk in shower. The room was reached by lift or stairs and was serviced daily by the delightful team members who were friendly and very efficient. The bed was large and very comfortable and there was plenty of space in wardrobe and drawers for clothing. A cooked or continental breakfast was served by a wonderfully, friendly and smiley lady...

"We would highly recommend Narisa. Natasha was fantastic, friendly, helpful and fun. Our room was quiet, a good size, and we had a nice terrace to sit on at the end of a hot busy day. Breakfast was great with s good variety. We will be back and we will recommend people stay here."

"If you are looking for a place to stay that is not fancy and within a reasonable budget, stay here! The rooms were perfect for two people and while it is a quiet residential area, it is not a far drive to anything on Gozo. Absolutely acceptable!"

"Even amidst a busy street, the hotel room was quiet. The balcony faced the sea, a lovely place to sit and enjoy the harbor. The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was delicious. The staff was welcoming, gracious and helpful. The only criticism is that the signage is lacking at street level. It was difficult to find the hotel. The parking is a bit inconvenient, but not terrible."

"Love this hotel. View spectacular. The oldest part of the hotel needs a little tlc especially the plumbing (shower pressure not good). Not for people with mobility problems as it’s a steep walk up to the hotel and buses to/from. However taxis/uber/bolt cars readily available But it remains our favourite hotel in Gozo. "

"Had a rather mixed stay at Solana. The room was a good size and comfortable. The rooftop pool is definitely the star feature of the hotel, plenty of shade and perfect water temperature with great view. There's a bar you can get drinks and good food too. We only had breakfast but there was plenty of choice. We had a strange experience with house keeping placing a do not disturb sign on our door, then posting a "we noted the sign and didn't clean" leaflet under the door. Unfortunately it took...

"We really enjoyed the hotel as a family. The breakfast opportunity was a bit low just with beans bacon's eggs I agree a lot us from England but when we are in holiday we would like to try something else. The dinner was amazing with a lot of fruit and seafood options. We had for the evening some game place so we enjoyed that aswell. The view was really nice and around the hotel a lots of very good opportunity for a water sport."
