This Home is located in a very quiet northwest Wichita neighborhood. The homes are well-maintained and the neighbors are very kind.

There is a cute little park just one block west.

It's just a mile from New Market Square, and close to many of the best shopping, dining and entertainment spaces that the west side has to offer.

Guests have full access to the space (there is storage in the laundry room that we prefer guests do not make use of).

The Lodge is a 4 bedroom, 2 .5 bath home with a large living room with vaulted ceilings, large dining room and kitchen as well as a fully finished basement, and fully fenced back yard with covered patio and Spa. This Large home boasts some incredible amenities

The house is located near 13th and 119th street. It has fairly easy access to Kellogg Ave (US 54/ 400), and K-96 as well as I-235.

This is a QUIET neighborhood and we do NOT allow PARTIES. If there is any sign of a party (I.e. lots of people coming and going (especially late at night), excessive noise, complaints from the neighbors, lots of alcohol being brought in, signs of drug or and/or drug paraphernalia), you will be escorted out of the property immediately without refund.

This property is Non Smoking (this includes e-cigs, vaping, Tobacco and Cannabis).

This is a Drug Free Home.

Things to Note about the Hot Tub:
-We love to offer the Hot Tub as a wonderful and luxurious amenity, but minors are not allowed in the hot tub without being accompanied by an adult.
- Please no food or drink in the hot tub as the requires extensive cleaning.
- We ask that anyone using the hot tub showers and removes any major lotions/ oils/ etc. prior to getting in the hot tub.
- We ask that guests do not use the Hot Tub after 10PM so as not to disturb the neighbors.
- A max of 6 people can be in the hot tub at any given time.

PACKAGES & MAIL: Packages and mail are welcome during your stay; please bring deliveries inside promptly. We can't take responsibility for packages or deliveries that arrive before or after your stay. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee anything that arrives outside your booking dates.
