"We celebrated my husbands 70th with ages from 5-70 . A great time was had by all . Great pool (could have been a bit warmer!) pool room & for extra end of evening cosy factor & sing along the bar in the garden was great. Great communication from Timo & Elina when they were needed for anything ! "

"We had a great stay we loved how close it was to the train station. The beds were comfy and it was very spacious. It was great to have a full kitchen and the laundry facilities were very useful. "

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect. "

"The boat had been moved to a new location which I was unaware of, but when I contacted the Team, Steve was so helpful, answering any queries I had, nothing was any trouble. Steve explained the boat was moved to a better location, which I was, quieter and much more scenic, it was beautiful! Thankyou. I dropped off a few bits to Matt in the morning and he had kindly put up the small birthday banner, got the cake ready and the champagne was on ice ready for our arrival. "A brilliant long weekend for 10 of us. The layout is amazing, lots of space inside and out. Timo was great and nothing was too much trouble.The house is perfectly placed for New Forest and coast."

"We decided to try something new instead of hotel so booked the yacht. Great experience. Marina and boat were lovely. Lots of restaurants and easy to walk around and explore. Steve and Miros went over and above to make sure our stay was great and even picked us up from cruise port and drove us to airport hotel the next day. Would highly recommend . "
