"No hot water, shampoo conditioner and body wash all empty. Tried to call front desk and phone didn’t work. Soda machine didn’t work. Alot of stains on bottom part of bed. Asked about the hot water they said they never have problems with it. Probably one of the worst hotels we’ve been to "

"Breakfast was meh. Warm foods were out, had to hunt for plates, spoons and forks that were also out. Staff member seemed annoyed when asked for extras.
Hot tub was nice, which was our main reason for coming to this location.
Room was spotless. 😊 overall, we’d stay again. "

"Nice stay for needing to be there the day before a big event. Had all we needed. Not white glove clean but decent. Enjoyed the tv because at home we don’t have basic cable just streaming services so it was nice to scroll the tv guide and watch shows and sports channels. Staff was pleasant. It was quiet which was nice. "
