"The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready.
At 9 pm we had to message the staff about what sounded like pregnant cow that was walking above us. Soon after it stopped.
Breakfast wasn't elaborate but it was definitely enough to tie us over to lunch.
Room was clean.

Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.
* Strong cigarette smell throughout the hotel, including rooms advertised as non-smoking. Tjis hotel is clearly NOT a smoke free hotel.
* Elevators were broken for most of the weekend (our kids even got stuck inside one).
* Not enough parking for guests. A bus taking up seven parking spaces all weekend made it even worse.
* Rooms are very run down: dirty wallpaper, worn-out...

The breakfast was delicious with options including biscuits, fried eggs, shredded cheese, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, bagels, etc. I found a free parking spot (on Saturday night) in front of the hotel. But my husband had to park his car a good distance away. FYI- the parking garage does not have EV chargers."
