Newly constructed in 2023, Eagle Lake Retreat offers quick access to all that Whitefish, MT, has to offer! Situated just south of downtown Whitefish, this condo has the ideal location for enjoying the area. Downtown Whitefish, known for its boutique shops, farmer's market, and excellent restaurants, is just 1.5 miles up the road - an easy bike ride, quick drive, or short ride on the SNOW Bus. The SNOW Bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the condo and provides a free shuttle to downtown Whitefish as well as Whitefish Mountain Resort. The neighboring Mountain Mall complex provides access to a grocery store, Starbucks, an outdoor store with gear rental & rock climbing gym. Rent your skis and hop on the SNOW Bus for a perfect day on the mountain! The entrance to Glacier National Park is just 30 minutes away - named the 'Crown of the Continent,' Glacier offers endless opportunities for adventure and some of the most amazing mountain views in the country.

Eagle Lake Retreat is 4 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxury condo, offering over 2300 sq ft of living space (the largest floor plan in Eagle Lake!) and can accommodate up to 11 guests. The home offers a modern aesthetic with a nod to a love for film. The open concept kitchen, living room & dining room comprise the main gathering space of the home, with plenty of room for your group to relax and reconnect after a day of adventure. The fully-equipped kitchen features new high-end appliances, including a gas range & an oversized granite kitchen island with seating for 5. The kitchen overlooks the dining area, framed by the gas pass-through fireplace, the dining room features a beautiful modern table with seating for 8. Crossing to the other side of the fireplace is the home's living room. Complete with cozy seating & smart television, the living room is a great place to relax. The back wall of the living room is all windows, displaying incredible views of Big Mountain and the surrounding mountains. This provides access to the main patio of the home, complete with seating, private hot tub & gas grill.

The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, a dedicated workspace, a private patio with bistro seating & walk-in closet. The luxurious primary ensuite is complete with a custom tile shower and double vanity. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, private patio with bistro seating, private television & beautiful ensuite with walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 is complete with a queen bed, a walk-in closet & private ensuite with a shower/tub combination. Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with a full over full bunkbed and a twin trundle bed.

Outside the condo, enjoy access to a private heated garage with plenty of space for one car as well as your gear for your Montana adventure. The Eagle Lake community also offers walking trails along the water as well as community fire pits for seasonal use.

In the winter, downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort provides 3,000+ skiable acres, 14 lifts with terrain for all skill levels and stunning views. The resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! There are plenty of other winter activities from snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and more. Of course, you ll also want to explore downtown Whitefish eateries and galleries and don t miss Winter Carnival with a parade and skijoring!

In the summer, enjoy all the watersports imaginable at Whitefish Lake, or any of the 100+ lakes rivers within 100 miles, including Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Whitefish Mountain Resort also provides endless activities such as mountain biking, hiking, zip-lining, ropes courses, alpine slides, and scenic chair or gondola rides (with Glacier National Park views). Excellent choice for a hybrid Whitefish/Glacier visit

We are a family of six with a mix of teens and elementary school aged children and the townhome suited us well. It’s in a convenient location in Whitefish and about 35 minutes from West Glacier. The unit is new and modern with all the necessary amenities. The welcome was warm and informative and the hosts continued to stay in contact throughout the trip . Highly recommend.

Clean , spacious, and convenient!

My family and I stayed here for our trip to Glacier national park. Super great, open, and clean space that fit us well. It was an easy drive to glacier and Whitefish. Check in was super easy with Jordan meeting us at the door. Communication was great from booking through check out. We would stay again!

Under the Big Sky

The property was very nice. It is brand new so there was a lot of construction and dirt. In a couple of months I bet it will be fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed it and it had everything we needed!
