"I stayed at Zoka’s place for a few nights while in Whitby. While to location was a bit of a walking distance to the downtown area (20 minutes or so), by vehicle it was only about 5min. The area was very quiet. The apartment is in the basement and had all the features on would need for a great stay. Zoka lived upstairs with her family and was barely noticeable. Overall, I would stay at Zokas place again and would recommend it to others who are looking for a quiet place to stay".
