"Very clean room and helpful staff"

"The shower was plugged, had to have it cleared out. The microwave did not work, had to get it replaced. Both issues were dealt with right away. Staff was great, location was great, would definitely stay again...."

There is no daily housecleaning, and no fresh towels unless you ask for it (!?). Uncomfortable bed, miss-stated in the description (Full bed called Queen) 2 terribly old pillows. Good shower.
