I felt terrible for the kids we drove for 5 hours to look in to the beautiful college campus Salve Regina it was ruined by this place it totally grossed me out. It was a nightmare. I wanted to cancel the room i had kids with me the clerk didn't let me."

"Plenty of parking. The room was okay. Clean and modern but really empty, kind of felt like a hospital room… I was charged $100; not $50 for a damage deposit, and never received it back despite leaving the room with no damages. "

"Bathroom faucet falling apart. Poor water pressure there and shower. Door security latch broken. . Heater blasts continually no matter how low you set it making room a furnace. Had to just turn it on-shut it off all the time. Plus there was a mysterious continuous drone noise coming from the ceiling area that kept us up. I calledvthe night clerk and he said quote "This is not a five star hotel." What an answer !!! A five star hotel? I wouldnt rate it an asteroid. "
