"Nie wieder: Eine überflutete Dusche, deren Reparatur Tage dauerte. Ich gab dem Hotel eine zweite Chance, doch das Internet funktionierte nicht. Es dauerte zwei Tage, bis es lief. Schreckliche Qualität der Bettwäsche. Mir wurde eine Gebühr für einen späten Check-out berechnet – für ein Zimmer, das ich gar nicht verlassen wollte –, und ich wurde aus dem Zimmer ausgesperrt (ohne jeglichen Versuch, mich zu kontaktieren). "Die Erklärungen unserer Vermieterin waren sehr klar und jedes Mal, wenn wir etwas brauchten, ging sie auf uns ein. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, die Aussicht ist sehr schön (auch wenn es im Frühling oder Sommer besser sein muss) und die Gegend ist ideal für alle Arten von Spaziergängen. Die Nähe zu den Thermalbädern von Baden Baden ist auch sehr angenehm."
