"Loved our stay! I loved this location as well! Perfectly between Toronto and Montreal! And also close to thousand islands! Loved it! Was very clean and well organized! We chose to also get the food offered for amazing prices! Honestly think this was worth more than what we paid! Thank you for the perfect experience! Definitely hope to get the chance to come back! "My wife and I spent 3 relaxing days at this property which was immaculately clean and quiet with a very attentive and personable host (Wendy). The bunkie itself is in excellent shape right on the lake shore and we had full access to all the watercraft and amenities. One of the real highlights was the warm outdoor shower which was a real treat after a day of swimming and kayaking. The bunkie is west-facing so we could enjoy the sunsets every night with a glass of wine. The lake is a bit rocky so...

"Hosts are very welcoming and show you everything and thought of everything. Very private with large grassy yard My golden doodle had a blast playing fetch and being off leach. We played bocce ball and enjoyed the fire pit as well as the lit screened in picnic table in the evening. Cabin is compact but windows let in a wee breeze. The kayaks were the highlight, kayaking to the waterfall. Happy, relaxing time 😎🐶"

"This place is just a lot less glamorous than the listing would imply. We had 9 adults in our group but this cabin only sleeps 6 max. So we had to rent a second cabin for full price. The manager was helpful tho and answered our questions. "

"Second stay here and will be back again.The cottage is excellent, nice and clean when we arrived, had everything you could need, just a great place to take the family and relax. Shannon was great could not recommend enough absolutely first rate - thank you."

"Many reviews substantiate that Bedford Lake House is a 5 star property. Check-in, Facilities, Wi-fi, all first class. For our three-generation family of 7 including two young girls of 5 and 7 what made our stay so special. First, the view from the cottage over Devil Lake, the sunsets were amazing. Second, the flower and vegetable garden - where are young girls filled their buckets every day with ripe tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, peppers, beans, herbs, strawberries, beets .. the list goes on....

I was booked for two nights but left after one and went to a motel. - notwithstanding what the website advertises, this cabin does NOT have a bathroom. "The dock and water was spectacular and exactly what we wanted. The cottage had everything we needed and worked for 5 adults. The loft has quite low ceilings and the bathroom in the loft has no privacy but otherwise the property was fantastic. The BBQ, AC and wifi worked well. Scott was easy to communicate with. A lovely cottage and area."

"The stone cottage had a nice view of the lake, a fire pit, big tables for games and meals with family. Very relaxing and quiet. The loons on the lake were close by--loved their calls to each other! It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. If you have little children, the outdoor patio has a drop off that you would need to use caution with. We would definitly recommend this place. "
