"Staff was less than friendly "

"The room was very clean, and in nice condition. There were little things that made the stay easier, like a shelf above the sink for toiletries, an extra chair in the room, so both my kiddos could sit and eat. The pool was not too cold, the hot tub was toasty hot. Breakfast was good, they had plenty of variety of hotel quality food. The staff was the best I've ever encountered at a hotel, from the front desk, to the sweet lady filling the breakfast bar. I wish I could find a hotel like this in...

"Beautiful lake view! Watched loons flying by from the balcony. Carlos Lake state park with 14 miles of trails is just a 15 minute drive. Room and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. "
