"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The exterior of the facility is beautiful, as is much of the interior. The mattress was very comfortable. Our only disappointment was the bathroom ceiling needed repair...soon! "

"Everything, everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were large and it was quiet. I had car issues and the staff was very helpful in finding me a close auto shop. Will definitely recommend the hotel. "

"Colonial provides the best accomodations in the White Mountain area for the dollar value. Nothing fancy, but always clean and comfortable. Management very efficient and friendly."

"What a gem! We highly recommend this charming and beautiful inn with views of the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the bar and restaurant. Great cocktails and live music. We stayed in the carriage house and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. The room had all the conveniences of home. We were close enough for a day trip to the White Mountains but just far enough from North Conway that we were removed from the busy pace of the city. We will definitely come back again! "

"Very happy with this Quality Inn and would gladly recommend to others. We had requested 2 ground floor rooms and Tristin was extremely accommodating. He made sure he fulfilled our request. Staff was very pleasant!"
