"The hotel was good and our room was very spacious but we tried to get breakfast that morning and the lady at the counter was taking orders and had to make the food but she was new and was very honest with us that she didn't know how to make half the food and it would take longer than 30 mins (which we didn't have at the time), so we just left and got something along the way. Not sure why they put her in that position vs training her properly but that was disappointing as we were looking forward...

"It was great. The hotel is in a great location. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It’s right near the National Harbor. "

"I stayed at other Towneplace Suites and this Otis definitely showing its age. Breakfast was ok in a small area with uncomfortable seating. I like the kitchen area in these places. Hot water for shower was hit or miss. Overpriced for what it offers..for what I paid for a long wedding weekend. "

"We stayed to visit family in area for 6 nights. It’s easy to get to and has a great breakfast. Pool was as pictured and great use for us. Will stay again. "

"This property is currently under extensive renovations. That said, the almost completely renovated room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, attractive with all the necessary basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Also, pets allowed - needed for us on this trip. Helpful front office staff, adequate but not overwhelming or underwhelming breakfast. Well worth a return visit if along my travel path. "

"The lady at the front desk was everything she saw me breaking down with so much wt on my heart and she came thru like a sister Very compassionate very caring Just amazing customer service she gave me ! She needs 10s across the board "

"Facility was nice but needs updating. Minor issues in the room and notified the staff but no action taken while I was there. No daily house cleaning. Breakfast was okay but only had a pot of coffee available and sometimes no coffee in the pot. Staff was not pleasant…cordial but not happy or smiling. "
