Their main office is a kiosk with remote a live agent, check in was easy. Parking is limited so early check in to reserve a spot is recommended. I’ve be hesitant to return only because we got ~4 hrs of sleep during the last night due to loud noise coming from the adjacent unit until 3am (their TV shared a thin wall with our bed), and there was no on-site manager...

"The location near airport yet near the city was excellent. Really enjoyed the well-maintained pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was adequate; enjoyed the pancake machine, although it was broken on the last day of our stay. They replaced it, however with a toastable waffle. The kitchen in the room was great. "Loved the hotel vibe. Amazing artwork everywhere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small rooms, but quaint. Great neighborhood with lots of good food and lovely houses/architecture. Parking is a challenge, but not so bad once you get used to the area and street rules. Highly recommended."
