Located within The National Golf Club of Louisiana community, the home is just a half-mile from the clubhouse and The Max restaurant, making it easy to enjoy a round of golf, grab a meal, or unwind with a drink without ever leaving the neighborhood.

TC Premier Properties' guests are welcome to use the included golf carts to explore the neighborhood and visit nearby Pinederosa Park at the neighborhood entrance. There, you'll find a walking track, splash pad, basketball pavilion, baseball fields, and the popular Lazy Gator Waterpark—offering fun and recreation for guests of all ages.

Whether you're planning a golf getaway, family vacation, or weekend with friends, you'll enjoy the convenience of a peaceful golf course setting while remaining just minutes from the lake area's top attractions, restaurants, casinos, and entertainment.

TC Premier Properties offers you access to the entire house! There is a locked attic door and owner's closet located upstairs. Please do not try to access it during your stay. Free parking for up to 5 vehicles. There is one parking spot available in the garage next to the golf carts and four other vehicles can fit in the driveway. The golf carts are free to use and are registered with The National Golf Club of Louisiana. Riders (up to 4 total) can enjoy 20% off of their rounds on the course and bag storage on the back of the carts. Please note that the golf carts are only allowed in the neighborhood, park area, and the golf course. They are not permitted on the roads of Westlake. For security and theft protection, the carts are equipped with tracking.
