"The check-in/check-out, room and staff were excellent. Two things to point out, 1) the hotel should consider upgrading the toilet paper (very thin) and 2) the food/drinks for Happy Hour on the 7th floor was subpar. Other than items above, we would go back 😊"

"Everything was wonderful, the staff was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The only thing that could’ve made the experience better was if room service was available and if there were robes in the room. Very nitpicky, I know, but those were the only downsides to a wonderful stay. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"The location of this hotel is amazing. It was just a 4 min walk to Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle area. The staff are exceptional and the roof top deck overlooking the water and city is absolutely stunning. There are also lots of great restaurants nearby to choose from.
