We had shared bathrooms which was a concern for my partner, but honestly once we got to the hotel and saw the showers and toilets i can say they were kept impeccable during our stay. "Definitely a unique place. The staff was great. What wasn’t cool was that after 4 pm, no staff was there to help with a minor issue. It wasn’t cool that when I checked out early there was no one to help with the luggage. Two flights of stairs is a challenge, thankfully when staff is there they can bring it up with their service elevator. Overall, I would return as long as my situation allowed me more time."

"We loved staying at the Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel in Seattle. We arrived early and were greeted by super friendly staff who parked our car securely and got us into our room early. We had to pay a fee to get in early, but it was appreciated as we had a baseball game that afternoon. The location is super convenient, the rooms are comfortable and the staff were all wonderful. "We were very happy with our stay here. It is an old hotel but very clean. Our rooms on 3rd floor were spacious and the beds were great. Staff members were very nice. They allowed us to check in early in one room while waiting for the other to be ready. We definitely will be back if we visit Seattle next time."
