"Nice property in Downtown"

"Everything about the hotel was excellent. Nice big room. Excellent bistro , whether its breakfast or late drink . Only negative was the 7th floor terrace was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there for a relaxing drink with a view !! Otherwise everything was perfect. Location is excellent for tourists."

"The location is great, if you want to be in the centre of the city, the convention centre and walking distance other than the Public Market. It is a shame Macy's closed, as it leaves a big empty building right across the street. Recommend you drive to Bellevue Square for your shopping fix (a short drive to Bellevue, Washington). Also, although the one restaurant/bar in the hotel is fine, and staff are great, consider booking a table in outside restaurant for more variety."

"First, the staff is amazing. We were greeted as Expedia members, which rarely happens, and given an upgrade as well as a little gift bag. There is no shortage of staff, either as there always seemed to be someone to help, even with a busy lobby at check-in/out. Second, the rooms were great! Comfy, clean, and well-appointed. "This is a basic but well kept and well functioning hotel with great value for downtown Seattle. Seattle is very expensive and this hotel offers what you need for a comfortable, well-serviced stay for less than the average downtown hotel. The property was clean, everything worked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby offers free coffee in the later afternoon, and you get a free drink voucher to use during your stay for an alcoholic beverage if desired.
