"Ein wunderbares, gut gefuehrtes Hotel in einer charmanten kleinen Stadt vor den Toren Muensters. Motiviertes und sehr freundliches Personal, alles einladend, grosse Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Fruehstuecksbuffet. Ich wuerde sagen ein 5-Sterne Hotel fuer einen 3-Sterne Preis. Ich kann mir diesen Ort sowohl fuer einen Zwischenstop als auch fuer ein Familentreffen oder aber als Konferenzhotel sehr gut vorstellen. Vielen Dank!"

"Ein wirklich ungepflegt, verdrecktes Zimmer/ Bad. Noch kie so viel Schimmel an einer Duschwand gesehen. Wir haben uns geekelt. Auch alles andere war nicht wirklich sauber und gepflegt. Sind froh das wir dort nur 3 Nächte bleiben mussten. Niemals wieder und null zu empfehlen."

"Das äußere Erscheinungsbild ist jetzt nicht wirklich ansprechend. Es war auch kein Hotel, sondern eher ein Landgasthof. Beim Check-in war niemand vor Ort. Dieser erfolgte über ein QR-Code, bzw. da mir kein Code zugeschickt wurde, telefonisch. Vom Zimmer waren wir allerdings überrascht. Es war modern und sauber. Der TV war etwas kompliziert, viele Programme bekamen wir nicht eingestellt. Das war schade. Ansprechpartner vor Ort - Fehlanzeige. Als Frühaufsteller mussten wir warten bis es um 8 Uhr...

"A beautiful property!!!! Clean rooms and bathroom (with a few toiletries, hairdryer and nice towels), very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was very good. The main building has a nice bar. The sauna is open from 4-10 pm, which was a shame as I had intended to use it after my morning walk. As we only stayed one night and I did not realize this till the morning, I was a little disappointed about it (but everything else was fantastic!). The building complex has a very nice bakery, a gift shop...

"Gratis Parkplätze, nettes Personal, leckeres Essen, sehr schöne Zimmer in einem tollen Gebäude. Viele alte Schätze und die Kapelle machen das ganze sehr außergewöhnlich. Außerdem gibt es einen wunderschönen Aufenthaltsbereich, eine Küche mit gratis (Sprudel-)Wasser, aber auch Kühlschränke mit anderen Getränken zur Selbstbedienung und Bezahlting über Strichlisten, die man zum Check-Out mitbringt. Sehr schön! Das Gelände auf dem sich das Hotel befindet ist sehr weitläufig und sehr schön 😌...

"The Hotel was ok the breakfast is not worth the money when you can go the the Bahnof 100m away and purchase a lot better choice at the bakery and cheaper, where the hotel is situated is in the center but Hamm is run down with lots of shops closed and drug users and drinkers lying around in the street, I would not visit the hotel or Hamm again"

"Yes we had good time. Still we had no microwave and fridge in our room and top of that there were no ironing services. Please consider those too. Breakfast options need to be increased as we went there first day and noticed limited options. These things are I am just suggesting. Not complain. We liked the room and washroom. Thanks "
