"It was excellent. The room was comfortable. The staff was polite, courteous and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the woman has a very bare minimum. So no microwave. There is a mini fridge cuz there's really no point in a mini fridge without a microwave. There's no cups, no coffee makers, no ice bucket. Not what you would expect from a Hilton. But definitely still a pleasant stay. One more thing I would say is that the shower had some discoloration in the corner. It wasn't black but...

"The room's were nice but we were there for 4 days and housekeeping did not come to our room once we had to call for clean towels and we were told there was no housekeeping sit so we would have to come get our own towels."

"My room was comfortable and clean and offered a kitchen but no pots, plates or utensils. The price was agreeable enough to buy these things if staying for more than just a couple of days. Tub/shower were made of reassuringly non-slip material. Plenty of electrical outlets and a good tv. The bed was comfortable."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the many special touches this hotel offers to make the stay of their customers comfortable and welcoming, from the infused waters by the elevators, a generous breakfast and to-go breakfast packages, a very clean and well-equipped fitness room, and more. And the location couldn't be better--truly outstanding for access to the many area amenities around downtown Madison and the university."

"As a family 6 it was a challenge to find a place big enough to keep us all in one room. Home2suites was a perfect fit! The room was comfortable and spacious. It was probably the best hotel bed that I have ever slept on! We loved that there was the option to keep the fan on the heating/cooling running all night.
