We arrived in 30 degrees temperatures with no functioning heat in the hotel room and no extra blankets available. There was no staff to assist at night.

Quality Inn Palm Beach International Airport
The front desk agents told me they would give me a 3:30 AM wake up call that didn't happen then I requested a shuttle to the airport at 4am. That didn't happen. I had to call Uber. Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa
Food and drinks were ridiculously overpriced....$50 for a cheeseburger? seriously? Bathrobes are way too small. My husband is a normal sized person who wears a mens large and could barely close the robe. Towels should be bath sheets not these tiny shoulder towels....rooms should have mini bars and ...

Motel 6 Lantana, FL
Room was musky, floor dirty tub had a crack, shower curtain was broke, had a cockroach, in the room. Hard to get towels was out most of the time. We cut the trip short due to a funeral and poor accommodations.

WoodSpring Suites Palm Springs – West Palm Beach
absolutely no amenities, barebones. fortunately it was clean, because it was brand new. The girl at the front had me waiting about 15-20 minutes to 'try and find a clean room'!
