"I booked online my room in this hotel.But girlfriend ring them for confirmation about like can we check in after 11AM.So, they make a reservation on her name as well.When I went there for check in so she charge me for other room as well which one we didn’t book.I was very disappointed about that.I will say they don’t need to do this things.The staff wasn’t cooperative specifically check in one."

"The National Conference centre is only 10-15 min by car so ideal location. I attended a three day event there and returned to Garner Hotel for the night. There was availability to book breakfast if I wanted. "

"House was good. Well laid out rooms, good space and well kitted out. Was exactly what we needed for a 40somethings friends weekend away. House is clean and decor is fine, although does look like someone has ram raided Dunelm and then scattergunned it all over. Quite a lot of peeling wallpaper and tired wall art. We enjoyed the stay and then the owner decided to try and scam us out of our deposit for a "broken chair". A chair which wasn't even there. Its in the advertised photos but we never saw...

"The apartment was spacious and spotless, really good location for walking into the city centre. The on street parking was easy to find. My only complaints would be that just 1 small towel per person was not enough and the twin room had just one lumpy pillow for each bed - other than this a really good stay"

"I was not able to stay in this place, they had not sent me the code to access by the check in time. As such I had to pay for alternative accommodation. Do not stay here. Hotels.com should remove this place. They gave a number to call but the phone was off. "

"Nice basic hotel rooms above a pub close to city, small but secured (locked at night) car park, rooms are separate to the pub via a lift, I didn’t try the breakfast but it smelt great. My second time here and it served its purpose well, will definitely stay again if the price is right"

"Beeping smoke alarm which we had to sort out ourselves, kitchen door off hinges, toilet seat not fixed properly , bathroom door handle missing I do not expect to have to go searching for the electrical fuse box to turn the smoke alarms on. Location was great for our family party in Digbeth, shower was brilliant, place was clean and was quite decent apart from the issues listed above "

"We couldn't stay in the Digbeth apartment and were moved to another apartment which was not in Digbeth.The check in procedure was difficult to understand,we were given a code to take to the petrol station which was 5 minutes down the road. We were given the wrong code and had to contact the property again . The apartment itself was not very clean at all especially the shower cubicles. The property had a musty smell throughout.Not impressed we would not recommed this property."
