"Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. "

"The apartment is great, in a good area, felt very safe for two females. Great views of the river.Its not too far to walk to good tube links into London and to shops and bars etc.Fans in both bedrooms which were def. needed during our stay. The host left some snacks and water/milk in the fridge, which was lovely and12 o'clock check out was a bonus too.Would stay again if I was in the area "

"We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs. "Fijn verblijf op goede afstand voor dagtekps naar Londen. Het huis heeft 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, een fijne tuin en de supermarkt op 5 minuutjes rijden. In 20 minuten ben je bij de O/ en kun lje met de metro naar Londem waar genoeg te beleven is. Ook Greenwich en de musea daar zijn een bezoekje waard. "

"You only get room cleaning on the 5th night. Other than that stay was amazing! Staff was lovely, security was well Implemented. The room was well equipped with a small kitchen, the bathroom was really small but manageable. Grocery located right around the corner and two train stations are located 6 mins walk away. The breakfast was very minimal but provided. "
