"The hotel failed to mention online that it is under construction. The key cards were not working so we had to be escorted to our rooms. Upon check in to our room it was not made. One of the elevators was not working. Would have moved to another hotel however we were heading to a wedding and were only there an hour before heading out to our event. Seriously disappointed service and La Quinta to say the least. Upon checkout we had paid for a breakfast but were offered muffin fruit and warm coffee...

"Multiple days of additional charges of amenity fees and parking add up quick. Found out about the guest happy hour in the cafe on the second day of our trip, free glass of sparkling wine was nice. It was rainy and overcast for most of our trip so we couldn’t use the pool. Water seemed a bit chilly so it would be nice on a very warm day. No in room coffee. No fridge for personal food and beverage, just mini bar options. Deluxe king room was immediately behind dog daycare/boarding, could hear dogs...

"Beautiful modern room with great amenities and very clean. The only downside is if you get a room that faces the street, you will hear the band playing from the bar across the narrow street. "

Stayed her one year ago with family for several days and staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough. Not so much this year. I do, however, love the large roomy suites. "
