"Clean"

"I would say maybe figure out a way to make a shortcut path down the hill through the brush/grass for guests to be able to walk down to the local establishments and stores. It makes it convenient when you don't want to drive your truck and trailer around and places are close enough to walk. That is my only suggestion! Thanks"

"The Hot Tube was excellent!!! The indoor pool I believe was heated and big. A little outside patio area that fenced off gives privacy. Don’t forget to bring your bathing suit."

"The water ran at a trickle in the bathroom sink. The breakfast was the worst offering in my travels probably ever. For what the room charges were I felt i paid for a Hilton and received a Motel 6."

"The room was clean and very comfortable. While the breakfast was good, the only feedback would be on how the counter was set up. The most popular item - the waffle maker was located almost in a corner next to the juice machine and beside a coffee machine. It was VERY congested and resulted in some frustrated individuals. Perhaps that popular breakfast item could be located away from the rest of the items available."

"great stay great owner great location"

"It wasn't the cleanest or the nicest Best Western we have stayed at. It wasn't the dirties or the worst. It was ok. It provided a room and a breakfast for us that we needed for a wedding in the area. Staff were friendly."

"The property and our room were excellent. The spacious room and bath were sparkling clean. Loved the shower gel and lotion. The front desk helped us find a suitable restaurant we could walk to for dinner. Breakfast had a large variety of choices, both hot and cold."

"Beautiful view from lodge itself.. grounds well groomed. Room ok. We were in dark room with ground view. Rug stained and no blankets in room. Booked through Expedia and despite one of 3 couples in the entire lodge, when we asked for a king bed we were told that there were none available. Also told by front desk personnel that a third party booking will put you in less desired rooms. ? Like really? We stayed 2 nights and booked it weeks ago. Maybe not worth the price for two nights during the...

"The lobby had loiterers the entire time. The lobby smelled of stale & fresh cigarette smoke. The loiterers were loud & sleep was not possible. The vending machine is unplugged. The shower head did not work. The breakfast item was 1/2 full loaf of bread & butter in a brown paper bag near a toaster. Overall extremely poorly run establishment."

"It was a neat atmosphere, liked the railroad theme!!"

"Room was clean. Towels were soft. Exactly what I was looking for. Staff was helpful and kind. I’ll be back."

"1835年設立の建物であるため全体的な古さは感じますが、必要な部分はメンテナンスされていますので、不便は感じません。 部屋には冷蔵庫もセーフティボックスもありませんので注意が必要です。 朝食はアメリカの家庭料理らしいものをいただけます。果物がおいしく、３泊全て違う種類を出していただけました。 スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーです。 クーパーズタウンというアメリカの小さな町にふさわしい、温かみのある宿でした。"

"Everything was perfect"
