Welcome to the amazing 'Beachstone House.'
A great place for friends, families and lovers to relax.
I want my home to feel just like your home away from home.

This gorgeous property has been recently renovated by a professional decorator with fabulous finishing and accessories. Everyone loves it and i know you will too
.
The villa is centrally located near Nanny Cay and Soper's Marinas and West End beaches. It is is set in a park like atmosphere with lovely palm trees and gardens in a lush tropical setting fronting the sea. Beachstone House has sprawling wrap around terraces with Alfresco dining and a barbecue grill. There are chaise lounges for your pleasure. Swim, float or snorkel right from our beach. Be amazed by the sunsets, moon and the stars at night.

The villa is set 30 feet from the sea and extremely private. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves. See incredible views of St. John, Frenchman's Cay, Soper's Hole and the Three Sister Mountains. We are surrounded by a large wrap-around covered outside sitting area and the views are incredible.
Furnished with lots of comfortable couches and tables, outdoor living is easy and stress-free with post-card views of sunsets.

When you enter this amazing and spacious villa, you immediately come in to a fabulous great room with intense views of the sea and surrounding Islands. Your breath will be taken away.
In the great room there is a large welcoming seating area that is enough to accommodate everybody in comfort. There are comfortable couches, large flat-screen Smart TV and fiber-optics WIFI.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, so you have everything you need for cooking your favorite dishes. A lovely dining area facing the sea seats 6 just perfect.

There are 3 bedrooms with beautiful linens and comfortable woven banana-leaf wick king-size beds. 'The Seaside Suite' has an inviting master-bedroom that fronts the sea with a romantic sunset view. This bedroom has its own upscale bathroom with a large window with panoramic sea views.

At the western side of the property, a 'Garden Suite' has an intimate king-size bedroom has its own open terrace/patio. The suite has its own private bathroom.

An adjacent third bedroom, the 'Courtyard Suite' is located with pretty views of the entrance garden. This bedroom has a lovely bathroom located at the end of the hallway.

All bathrooms have rain-head showers. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and are beautifully decorated with art and mirrors.

There is a circular driveway and ample parking all on flat land (easy access).

House keeping with bed linen changes and towel changes, house cleaning provided once a week. If client wishes more frequent house keeping, this can be provided at an extra charge.

Location is Great, but Property Needs Work

The house is in a great location and has a great view. However, we were disappointed as soon as we walked into the house. The pictures on the website depict this property much larger than it really is and in much better shape. The living area is not very large and is drab and rundown looking, and the beach area is not nearly as wide as it appears in the pictures on the website. We were informed that the air conditioning units do not work properly, and that the one in the main living area freezes up and really needs to be left off; and, the units in the bedrooms work best if we only run them at night. Most of the lights, fans, and all the AC units are controlled via remote controls. We were informed that they sometimes don’t work, and that we just needed to “tap” them. They hardly ever worked on the first try. We had to tap them or take out the battery and put it back in so that they would work. This got old fast and was very frustrating after just a few days. The bar stools are not the barstools pictured on the website. They’re upholstered, dirty, and in need of cleaning. The living room furniture is mostly concrete built-ins with cushions, and extremely uncomfortable.The mattress in the master bedroom sags horribly. I can’t comment on the other two.The patios furniture is worn out. We mostly sat on the patio table chairs because of this issue.From the pictures on the website, I really expected a lot more from this property, especially for the price.

Paradise

The house was amazing and exactly as it was on the listing. You can't beat having a house with your own beach to just stroll right out into the crystal clear ocean. We rented a car so we could venture out and venture out we did. Smugglers cove was great for snorkeling as was Brewers Bay. You could snorkel right at the house, but it's mainly grassy so not many fish. I highly recommend renting a kayak and paddleboard for venturing out over the beautiful can water. Ivet was wonderful and answered any questions along with recommendations on where to eat. We pre-ordered groceries and she has everything out away and ready when we arrived. It was a wonderful vacation, beautiful house, and definitely hard to leave. We highly recommend this place for the relaxing vacation of a lifetime.

Little piece of paradise

Stay was amazing, Ivet was so helpful with our planning including recommendation on taxi driver and food provisioning. The house was very clean, had amazing views of the islands and sunsets. We would stay again, would just recommend water shoes, the beach is perfect just a little grassy so the shoes would have been perfect!

Spring break at Beachstone

My family of four spent three nights at Beachstone before boarding a charter. Very relaxing. Ivet cooked us a delicious dinner on the first night and Gayle checked in on us during our stay. Views are awesome. Beds are comfy. Location is perfect.

Perfect Oasis

Just perfect, has everything you could ever want. Ivet the House Keeper is a treasure, couldn't do enough for you. Direct access to the sea, perfect for snorkelling. Floats, sunbeds, BBQ all available to use as and when you like. Very private. Highly recommended

Quiet beach retreat!

We had a wonderful stay and looked forward to returning to the Beach Stone at the end of the day. Ivet and Gayle were wonderful hosts, checking in on us during our stay. They helped us find a day without cruises so we could visit Virgin Gorda without all the crowds.

Beautiful beachfront getaway!

We loved our three nights at the Beachstone. We wish we had more time. The private secluded beach is amazing, you need watershoes but the house had floats and the kids floated for hours. We had an amazing home cooked dinner from Ivet the house manager, definitely arrange this when you arrive. Our kids loved the outdoor space, we spent most of our time there. We hope to come back someday!

Wonderful Winter Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property from the time we arrived, welcomed by host, until the time we had to sadly leave, with additional help with a ride to the ferry by the host, and everything in between, from the amazing "on beach" property and view, to the amazing decor and comfy beds and exquisite shower, to the amenities and accessibility to nearby locations. Lovely, welcoming spot

We loved our time at this house! Ivet was so welcoming and helpful and we loved the location. It is very private and feels quite safe. The views of St. John in the morning is really something I miss waking up to, and the seating out front is a perfect spot to wind down in the evening. It was very clean and comfortable with wonderful windows and an indoor/outdoor feel. We went as a family of four so each of our kids had their own room which worked out great and the common areas offer plenty of space. The only thing that surprised me was the beach front--we did not end up swimming at the house because it's very rocky and grassy so it's hard to tell what you may be stepping on. Not to say it wouldn't be possible, we just preferred the turquoise water at Smuggler's, Cane Garden, and Brewer's Bay during the day and came back to the house to crash later on. It's probably a good thing we didn't end up swimming there to limit our sun exposure anyway. I should also mention that neighboring Soper's Marina became part of our daily routine. Opa's coffee shop is delightful, and so is watching the sunset over the marina. The grocery store there was very convenient too. We would love to go back!

end-of-trip stay

Ivet was wonderful - she took care of our needs as they arose. My husband got a massage and some TLC from a flesh wound he'd received earlier in the week. He raved and appreciated Ivet's attention on both. All in all our stay was good; it's hard to be fair because it was the end of a long week and I was ready to go home. I have to be honest; the house seemed MUCH smaller than the photos online, but we were quite comfortable nonetheless. The beds and the linens were wonderful, the house was very clean. I probably won't be back, only because it was a long trip and the heat and humidity is just not my thing. Thankfully the AC was working for us. Appreciated the communication; anything we needed before and after our stay were immediately addressed.

Absolute Paradise

We cam to visit Tortola and the Soggy Dollar. We got to experience the laid back vibe and friendly folks. It was amazing. Hidden Gem

It was a slice of paradise - literally ON the water! Breathtaking views, wonderful breeze, we felt "at home." We had an amazing visit and the house manager, Ivet, who was there to greet us is absolutely lovely and very kind. Highly recommend - we will definitely be back for another trip soon!
