"I would love to have given 5 stars as the staff was remarkable, the kickback and breakfast were good and the upgrade was nice. However, cleanliness for me is important. In the bathroom there was long black hair all over the shower curtain and tub. The bathmat was stained. It is hard to overlook these items so I couldn't give 5 stars. Kudos to Marcus at the front desk - very friendly and helpful. "

"It was clean. The only drawback is that the outside door did not lock. The sign said it would open with the key, but it opened freely. That, to me, is a safety issue. The keys demagnetized by being too close to our phones and we had to get them redone. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. The pool did not have towels. Glad we brought some from home. "

"Had a pool of the five in our group one went in the water was just too cold. Rooms were clean and Associates worked to accommodate us. I left my soapdish w my special soap I travel with. Checking back 3 times whoever cleaned the room didn‘t place it in lost and found. Did she keep it for herself or throw it out instead of putting it in lost and found. Front desk staff was wonderful "
