Summary:
You can’t get much closer to the lifts at Mount Snow from this recently renovated, modern style condo with 1 full bath and 3 beds. Open concept floor plan with everything you need to enjoy a peaceful Vermont vacation. Living room with Smart TV , fireplace and a walkout back porch for you to enjoy after a day on the slopes! Free shuttle service is a 5 minute ride to the mountain. We look forward to hosting you!

Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.

-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

Perfect ski getaway

Awesome condo, near to base of Mt. Snow. Very clean, stylish setting, and perfect for our family of four. We can't wait to go back and would stay here again in a minute!

Cozy spot walkable to lifts

We enjoyed our short stay for some midweek skiing. Very cozy little place, clean and a good base. The internet speed is infuriatingly slow, but besides that it’s an excellent spot! Would love to come back again.

great location, though I failed to figure out how to walk to the lifts. Wish the amenities building housing the hot tub was open later than 8pm (basically no one in there any very quiet). Microwave was dirty, but overall the unit was very clean and well appointed. fully updated/renovated.

Beautifully remodeled condo near Mt Snow

This condo has been renovated with quality throughout. Terrific layout with adorable bunk beds and great use of space. Full kitchen and relaxing fireplace. The furniture is great quality. Sliders leading out to a private view along a brook. We will gladly go back.

Thanks again! Second stay!

Such a great unit! Cozy, perfect for our family of four. Location can't be beat. All we needed was here, including coffee for the maker! Being on the lowest level on a humid summer day is perfect, as our friends own two units on the top floor and it is hot up there! Plenty of space to store clothes. The only recommendation would be provide a few more towels? Only 4 total in unit. We did a lot of hiking and swimming holes, had some rainy weather at times and multiple showers meant reusing damp towels as I didn't have time to do laundry between that and running out to Last Chair for dinner. But overall, we appreciate this unit!

Near Mt. Snow

We enjoyed this clean, newly renovated and very well organized small apartment walking distance to the resort. Would recommend it for a couple or small family.
