"Overall, it is a clean hotel. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant. The only disappointing factor was that I picked this hotel based upon it having a pool for my grandson and granddaughter to go swimming, but it wasn’t open. The woman was nice and gave my grandson a candy bar because he was so disappointed rather than that, it was decent."

"The staff were amazing. I like the idea of the Spark hotels but this one had just opened and has some things to work out. First-they were overdoing cleaning with Fabulosa and our room stunk so bad we had to change rooms-the staff was very accommodating when changing our room. 2-towels were brand new/never washed so when you dried off with the towels you had little white fuzzies all over your body. 3-the floors looked dirty but it was just sloppy construction grout that was caked on the tile...

"The hotel itself was pretty good. The rooms were large, comfy, and pretty clean. There were a lot of dead gnats in and around the plumbing. Not a big deal, but worth noting.
