Robert's apartment in West Bay was such a great find! Super reasonably priced compared to other Grand Cayman options, and had everything you'd need to enjoy an excellent vacation, especially if you'd prefer to have a few of your meals at home rather than paying the high restaurant prices around the island for every meal. So close to great snorkeling at Macabuca/Cracked Conch, the best restaurant food for your money at Heritage Kitchen, a very nearby Fosters grocery store and other West Bay conveniences (Liberty's is also very close by if you get an Asian food craving.) Don't hesitate at all to choose this property.

This was the ideal place for us to stay! We loved the West Bay Area, the apartment was nicely stocked, the beds super comfortable and the hosts were very communicative and wonderful.

The Ricketts are wonderful people and want your stay to be enjoyable. Communication was great and the home is very clean. A great place to stay!

Perfect for my Cayman escape!

Property was a close drive to all my favorite beaches away from tourist-y area. Owners went above and beyond to be helpful and attentive; they were very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond.

Felt like living in a new home in Grand Cayman. Dianne and Robert (the hosts) took care of us so well. Definitely we would recommend staying at this location. Worth spending every penny for the stay. Thanks.

Great Property

Robert was an excellent host. The apartment is modern and well kept. He communicated well and was very helpful. I would highly recommend their place and would definitely stay there again.

Reasonable rate.

Clean and short drive to beaches and stores. Nice extras like beach chairs to use. Only downside, to no fault of the owner, is incessant barking of dog next door.

Just what we were looking for

This is just what were looking for. We've been coming to Cayman for over 30 years and our home in Cayman, at the moment, currently has a full time renter so we just need something simple and reasonable. The Ricketts were more than halpful with our stay. We will be back!

The Ricketts are the best hosts EVER! They communicate well. They’re so thoughtful and kind. They have a beautiful place. It’s comfortable and cozy. My husband and I really enjoyed our time in their home. We definitely plan to book with them again. Amazing experience!

Community..

Located in West Bay 15 minutes from downtown Georgetown by car or bus . The management is the most accommodating we have ever experienced ! Need something or even the odd lift, Diane is always ready to lend a hand, Kitchen is well stocked and appliances are more than adequate. Friendly and safe , its not hard to settle in. Enjoy what the Cayman Island offers and look forward to experiencing an amazing level of service.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The property is perfect for couples who want a comfortable space to land when not exploring the beauty of Cayman Islands. The space was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette had most necessities. There are a couple of great grocery stores located close to the property as well as a liquor store, making finding our personal needs very convenient and easy. The Ricketts were very pleasant and helpful. We will return to the Island and would absolutely stay here again!

Great host, accommodated our early check-in request. The place was very clean and well maintained. We didn't rent a car and relied on the public transportation which exceeded the expectations. Bus stop was less than half a block away, never waited more than 10m, even over the weekends. 15m ride to the Governor's beach, no left-side driving or parking hassle, hop on and hop off for $2.50 per ride, you can't beat that. The are feels very safe, we enjoyed walking around.

What can I say, our hosts were brilliant. Kept us up to date ahead of the booking for the check in arrangements, kept in touch during our stay and allowed us to late check out on the day of our departure. When we found an issue with the washing machine they had it checked and replaced within 24 hours. This was brilliant service. The area is quiet and safe and a short drive from the nearest amenities. Would recommend for a Cayman stay.

WOW-Great Place to Stay!

This property is in a good location to have access to West bay and South Sound. The main highway that can take you to George Town is a very short distance away. This makes getting around easy. The owners of the property are wonderful people and checked in on me to make sure I had no issues with the place. The property was clean and well taken care of. There was a parking spot reserved for the apartment 20 feet from the door, how convenient! I just had an excellent stay at this property.
