    This unique one-bedroom, one-bath apartment in West Bay is steps away from some of the most spectacular diving in Grand Cayman and the Caribbean accessible by our private sea pool.



    You will be awestruck by the breathtaking views which span the entire width of this brand-new and modern oceanfront condo from the moment you enter.



    Relax in the freshwater swimming pool which appears to join the sea to the West while enjoying the most beautiful and spectacular sunsets on the island.



    The Space:

    The complex features an elevator for convenient access to this second-floor unit as well as a modern keyless entry system. With only 12 units throughout, Lighthouse Point offers an intimate escape in Grand Cayman, away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach.



    Go for a swim or lounge poolside at one of the two magnificent pools - a freshwater infinity pool and a sea pool which grants effortless entry to the ocean for thrilling activities like diving and snorkeling. You'll be amazed by the breathtaking beauty of the reef, ranked #4 in the world for shore diving.



    Guest Access:

    Located adjacent to Divetech, the island’s foremost dive operator and the highly rated VIVO restaurant. Free parking is provided for one car.



    The Neighborhood:

    Nestled north of Seven Mile Beach, West Bay is a vibrant residential area with a touch of tourism allure. Explore unique attractions such as Hell, Cayman Turtle Farm, Cayman Motor Museum, and Dolphin Adventure, adding excitement to your visit. The area boasts a public beach equipped with convenient amenities like changing rooms and bathrooms, drawing visitors and locals alike. Indulge in the culinary delights offered by the nearby restaurants, all within close reach of the picturesque beach.



    Getting Around:

    This conveniently located condo is walking distance from the beach and a variety of dining options just a 5-10 minute drive away. Taxis and public transportation are readily available in the area. For those looking to explore the island and discover its many delights, renting a vehicle is highly recommended, ensuring effortless access to a wide range of experiences.



    Other Things to Note:

    High speed internet is included and guests may log in to their own streaming accounts (Netflix etc.) to watch TV or utilize the free streaming TV services included on the Roku and Smart TV.



    If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property manager prior to your stay.



    We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.

Just what we were looking for!

Beautiful unit with wonderful view. Beyond the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach, but still close to activities and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

Our stay at Lighthouse Point was as good as it gets. The property is exactly as it is shown with the amazing views, sunsets and relaxing pool. The location is far enough away from the main tourist areas of seven mile beach to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to everything that you don’t feel remote. The unit is well appointed and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cookware, but bring you own spices and coffee. If you are a diver, the location next to Divetech and fantastic shore diving or snorkeling is amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Views! Just as listed plus more!!

This is an amazing property! Wait, maybe I shouldn't rave about it so much so that I can make sure it is available for me in the future! :-) It is very clean, comfy and has everything you might need. Quiet property with a delightful pool. If you like diving, Divetech next door is perfect! Great company. Go out and see the statue of Neptune that they sunk near a reef. Loads to see! There is also the restaurant Vivo next door. Perfect when you don't feel like cooking. Grab it to take back and eat on the balcony, or enjoy the sunset from the restaurant. Every night creates a beautiful sunset! We look forward to booking this property again in the future. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Wonderful, but needs tweaking

We stayed for 1 week and will return, however, the property mgr needed to come into the unit twice in 5 days - once for an exterminator (no problem) but then later in the week to place a bar code advertisement in the unit- which could have waited until our Saturday check out. The air conditioning failed on the last night, which made the condo very uncomfortable for the final 12 hours of the stay - we emailed the management company, but did not receive a response. Overall the property was wonderful, but needs an umbrella or some sort of shade on the patio as it was extremely hot until after sunset. These are small issues, but as we paid a premium for the stay, we expect premium service. Thank you!
