"The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. However, we were told that we could be moved to a mountain view room the next day and that someone would contact us, but we never received any follow-up or room change notification. It was a little disappointing, although overall it was still okay. The elevator was also out of service during our stay, and at one point we had to use the service/freight elevator, which was inconvenient. One other thing I noticed was during housekeeping:...

"My new favorite Denver hotel. The staff is amazing, the coffee bar, bar, and Delicious restaurant. We're all wonderful. I was even able to catch a jazz band out on the patio. A really nice touch to have when you're traveling. The rooms are clean and designed with thought. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Despite being located on a Major Street it's very quiet. I'm always greeted with a smile when I come through the lobby. The lady who works nights watches out for me when I take my dog...

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. From check in to check out staff was unhelpful and rude. The room was nothing special and over priced. I will never stay at a Hilton again."

"I forgot my jean in the closet. I called the necxt day, they told me they will check it out with the housekeeper. 2 days went by I called again, they said they will check out again. Couple of days after they text me they couldn’t find. I’m sure I left it there, either the housekeeper dishonest or they just trash customers belongings. I’m pretty disappointed."
