"Very comfortable and perfect location "

"The location is exceptional - with a path down to the marshes from the back garden. The house is well-equipped with top of the range oven, dishwasher etc., plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. Large garden at the back and a pleasant veranda at the front of the house. Four good sized bedrooms, only negative was the very creaky double beds. Host replied immediately to any questions and was very helpful."

"Gorgeous cottage in an excellent location. Very central to Wells but very quiet! The cottage is tasteful and well equipped. We would definitely stay there again, thank you. "

"What a little slice of heaven. A perfect short break in a beautiful part of the country. Views from the hot tub were magical - we were treated to one of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen! Watched hares running in the field from the comfort of the bed in the morning and listened to lapwings in the evening as we heated up the hot tub and sipped on the complementary Prosecco. "Overall a very pleasant place to stay. Apartment had all the amenities needed, and you are close to lots of shops and supermarkets if you drive. The only slight negative is the parking is quite tight if you have a larger vehicle, and there are a number of stairs as well as sloping paths as we were on a hilly stretch. All in all, a great few days, and I'd come back in the future."

"Lovely property, very clean and everything we needed . So much to do in the area so may consider another visit."

"Lovely home from home for my family of six. The cottage had everything we could have needed for the week and we were even lucky enough to get parking right in front! Absolutely perfect location, close to all the shops, arcades, beach etc but tucked away on a quiet road so peaceful in the evenings. Host was fast to respond and assist. Would not hesitate to book again. "

"Arrived on time accommodation was great very clean and had most things we needed we kind of missed our outdoor space as we have 2 small dogs and they do like to sit outside but because we couldnt have a barbecue or small and a fire wouls have been too risky but overall a very nice stay fire pit and understand why because the outside area was small and "
