Tiny home steps from the beach.

  • This home has everything you need for a week at the beach. Free standing small ( think tiny house) condo cottage, one of seven known as Moody Sands Villas. This cottage is 3 back from the beach. The loft area is tucked up under the roof, ceiling is low. You reach the loft via a library ladder. Best suited for older child or small adult, I love to go up there to read. Open the skylight and see hear and smell the ocean. Lay under the stars at night. There is a small soaking tub and hand held shower. Larger out door showers are also available. This home has only one parking spot, and early check in is not allowed without prior approval.

We loved staying here! The cottage is so cute, love the tub, the parking was easy, the people were friendly, the host was very nice and accomodating, but most of all you cant beat the location! Absolutely beautiful and actually steps to the private, beautiful beach! Would love to stay again!

The location and beach are amazing! To have your own private beach (share with only a few parties) is a dream! The cottage was adorable and just what I needed as I stayed there on my own for most of the trip. Highly recommend!

Prime location

We absolutely loved this location. Cabin is small but works ok for 2 people.We spent so much time outside on the beach walking daily, and sitting on the Adirondack chairs every morning for coffee and beautiful ocean views.All neighbors were friendly and it was very quiet.we loved the outdoor showers.

Sweet cottage on the beach

We loved this little cottage! It was well equipped with everything we needed for 2 nights and it was right on Moody Beach. A little tight for 2 adults and a tall teen, but we made it work and it was a wonderful get away. We didn’t want to leave!

Great little beach cottage

The cottage is tiny, so best for a couple alone or with one child. Cheerful, beachy design, about 20 feet from a private beach. Beach towels and chairs provided, along with kitchen items. Great location, quick drive or long walk to Ogunquit with miles of beach to meander.

Cozy cabin steps away from the beach

We loved our short stay and the only complaint is that we wished it were longer! So awesome to walk outside and down the stairs right to the beach (especially at sunrise). We will be back!

Very cute place, steps to lovely beach. Useful kitchen. Full bed takes up most of the space. Would benefit from a futon to make room to move & sit.
