Located on a dead end road so no traffic driving by , a very peaceful, quiet area. Open living room with loft.
Cave Run Lake is 10 minutes away.
Longbow , Bangor , Warix boat ramps are 10 to 15 minutes away.
Scott’s Creek 20 to 25 minutes away.
Morehead is just 20 minutes away .
Red River Gorge is 45 minutes away.

  • This is sky bridge. The most massive arch in Red River. it spans over a hundred feet and about 50 feet in the air. Probably the most famous arch in Red River, it has been seen in movies. Many astro-photographers flock here because of it's structure and clear skyline. If you get a chance, the trail is only .8 miles and very much worth it. You first walk across the top of the arch, it is so big that you are halfway across before you notice your not just on a narrow rock path. then you circle around to be under the arch.

First time staying with this company. We really enjoyed our stayed and the property was fully furnished and well taking care. The host communicated with us since the begining. It was a litle far to the lake but closed to drive to it. The camp fire was so fun and the wood burned nice and hot. Thank you Chris (host) for making our trip one to always remember.

Very clean and peaceful. Enjoyed the decks and the property. Enjoyed our time there very much. Just needed towel racks in the bathroom, more lighting in the living areas, and a few lawn chairs for the fire pit, and I would have given it five stars.

A lovely weekend

I think this was our 5th stay at this location as a family and as always we were very happy. Its clean, its spacious, it has everything we need. We enjoyed the back deck as a family engaging in our different hobbies together and we enjoyed the space to do our own thing as well. Very satisfied and looking forward to our next trip!

Kentucky Stay

Super cute property. Pretty far out from main roads, so my Jeep Wrangler was helpful. All the things that you would want were there-firewood, card games, ice trays, adirondack chairs, fire pit. It was really nicely outfitted for a super chill relaxing weekend.

Weekend Motorcycle Trip

This cabin was perfect for our trip! The location was easily accessible on the bikes. Property Manager was very quick to reply to any of our questions and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and are planning to come back with kids and grandkids.

Perfect for what we needed

Property is as listed, very clean. Nice size bedrooms, outdoor space is very nice - large deck with outdoor seating, grill and large side yard for kids to run and play. Ten minutes to the boat ramp at Cave Run, ample space to park a boat. Only issue we had was arriving at dark, the Tobacco lane road sign was not easy to see in the dark and it was partially knocked over. Tobacco lane is more of a stone driveway through a pasture and at the end is a pasture gate you need to open to get back to Maggie’s Holler. Again, we arrived at night so it was dark making it confusing, especially as no mention of a pasture gate back to the cabin. GPS directions do get you there. Cabin is nice, very clean we had 6 comfortable in the cabin (our party was originally 8, which we could have slept easily in the loft area). Bath towels for 3, so I grabbed cheap ones at Walmart rather than laundering. Trim work needs finished but that didn’t bother us. We would definitely stay here again.

Country Cabin Stay

Cabin was very spacious and each bed room beds were comfortable. Large yard area with fire pit was AWSOME. Also, loved the deck and front porch to hang out in the country 👍

Beautiful location

The property was gorgeous with plenty of space for the kids. This was a family babymoon before things get crazy with a newborn and we all had a wonderful time.
