House Rules.
1/ No smoking in premises. Smoke damage will be charged for.

3/Additional guests not named or above house limit will be charged at £50 per night. But this still dose not give them any rights to be at property.
4/ Unwarranted late check out by 5 minutes will incur £50 fee.
5/ Late check out of 2 hours will invite a full day fee without any discounts but will still not give any extension to original booking or rights to be at property.
6/late check out of 2 hours - All on going costs including rehousing other booking will begin being charged.
7/Excessive mess including pots and pans left in sink will incur additional charges.
8/ Mark’s on furniture fittings and walls will incur additional charges.
9/ Removing towel will incur a minimum £12 charge.
10/Confirmation of email address and current mobile phone number is required before access or stay will not be permitted .
11/ Any problems found or occurring the guest need to allow immediate access as required and without any further notice, so problems can be resolved
