Classic Cape Cod beach cottage

  • Relax on the private patio directly facing the oceanfront. Steps to the seemingly private beach. Shoreline Cottage is a single family cottage that is part of an eight unit association.
    Close to everything you want on a vacation including beaches, town center, galleries, bike trails and just a short drive to Provincetown.
    Parking for 2 cars, gas fireplace and outdoor shower. Close to town, restaurants and supermarket.
    Newly furnished in 2022 including new beds and mattresses, dining table and chairs, lamps, area rug, tables and art. All new Crate and Barrel cookware and serve ware. All new outdoor furnishings.
    New paint throughout.

    Refreshed bath with new vanity, sink toilet and faucet.

    We require a 7 night stay with Saturday check in and check out from May 15th through September 15th. Inquire for shorter stays.

The access to the beach was incredible. Breathtaking views and wonderful breezes. The property was extremely tidy and thoughtfully appointed. Proximity to downtown Wellfleet was a big bonus. It was lovely.

We love the easy access to the beaches and the town. So much fun enjoying the cottage and all it has to offer. We especially enjoy playing in the estuary and catching all kinds of interesting crabs.

This property exceeded all our expectations! The ocean view is breathtaking, and the rental was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to a gorgeous bayside beach that was perfect for our 5 and 9-year-old kids.We love Wellfleet and this stay reminded us why it’s our favorite Cape destination. The restaurants are incredible, and the peaceful neighborhood setting made for the most relaxing vacation. Our kids had a blast collecting seashells on the beach every day.Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to any family looking for the perfect Wellfleet getaway!

Family summer camp

Great place to stay! Surrounded by a group of cottages with friendly people and families looking to relax and enjoy the beach at the doorsteps. No need to explore beyond the front door and the beach right in front of you. We loved the cabin updates and never felt like we had to get in the car and find fun elsewhere!

Beautiful cottage by the bay

Spectacular location right on the beach at Indian Neck. Great for low tide beach walks, birdwatching, and sunsets. Cottage is equipped with everything you need, and has entirely new furnishings throughout.

A wonderful cottage

Very nicely updated cozy cottage overlooking the bay. A really nice place to bob in the bay when it’s warm and sit and read when it rains (we had a couple rainy days but still had fun!).

Long weekend getaway

Location of the house was great, overlooking the bayside. If it were a summer rental, the location would have been ideal location to walk out to the bay. Although we rented off-season, it was still scenic. The house was recently updated and enough room for 4 adults.

Family beach vacation

Lovely cottage and place to unplug/relax. Can't beat this location with views of the Cape Cod bay. Amazing sunsets. Very warm water as this is a little protected area of the bay. Simple living forced me to completely relax!

Fall get away

We loved the location of the cottage! The view of Wellfleet bay, beach walking out the door, seeing the oyster farming every morning on our walks, sunsets & the quiet made this the perfect spot for us. Michael was easy to communicate with & responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely visit again.

A great place to slow down

That deck looking out on the bay is the nicest place to sip some coffee and not think about work. Simplicity but comfort. And air conditioners when you brain is sun baked.. Wonderful.

Ocean view cottage

Small, private cottage with great ocean views and pristine beach across the road. Comfortable for 2 adults and maybe a small child. Bring towels, sheets and beach gear. Close to Wellfleet Center. Great local restaurants and fresh seafood. 5 stars for being rustic and charming, not luxury.

Wonderful Stay

My family (myself, husband, 2 year old son and 1 year old son) recently stayed at the cottage and loved every minute of it. The cottage was the perfect size for our family and very well appointed. We loved the location - very secluded and picturesque. The location was absolutely amazing for small toddlers. It was just steps to a very lovely bayside beach with a large sand bar - perfect for them to run around collecting rocks and shells and building sandcastles. We can’t wait to come back!

Early Fall Weekend Escape to Wellfleet

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. We wish we could have stayed there longer! The cottage was very comfortable, we wanted for nothing. The location was fabulous, and we spent many hours enjoying watching the change of tides and walking the beach. Michael was a wonderful host, very responsive to our questions and offered some great restaurant recommendations. We would love to return to this special place sometime in the not-too-distant future.

Location Shhhhhh

Great property and comfortable seating in living room . Views and walk to beach are top notch . Kitchenware ( dishes etc) needs inventory , winnowing and some replacement. We enjoyed many walks . Bed was comfy , outdoor shower had great power . Beautiful sunny spot !
