Classic Cape Cod charm awaits you in this sweet cottage on the water.



Located directly across the street from Cape Cod Bay, its view will leave you breathless. Watch the boats sail by while enjoying your morning coffee in the living room, grill on the patio at night while taking in a magnificent sunset or take a short stroll down the street to enjoy some of Wellfleet’s most celebrated restaurants: The Pearl, The Bookstore Café, Ceraldi and Mac’s Shack. Venture just a bit further down the road and you’ll be in the center of downtown Wellfleet enjoying gallery walks and square-dancing nights on the Harbor.



Outfitted with everything you need to enjoy your stay, and comfortable for up to five people. Please note as the second bedroom is a twin over full bunk bed, this room is most comfortable for children.

Cute little house in a perfect location right across from the beach. Easy to walk to the town pier, restaurants or up into the town. The bed was comfortable and the bath towels were good quality. There are space heaters to use when the gas fireplace doesn't heat up.

Do not rent this dump

Unit smelled musty mildewy and damp.Parking space did not accomodate a full size pickup truck.Coffee maker only brewed luke warm coffee..had to micro wave every cup.Mattress is master was very uncomfortable.Not enough 3 prong plugs to accommodate electrics. No curtains in unit, mini blinds broken or ill fitting in windows.A/c units were so loud you could hardly sleep.The furniture was nasty old tag sale furniture.The large burner on the stove top did not work.There was a large crack in the front door so you could see outside from inside. The front door was actually an interior door not an exterior door.The bunk room was uninhabitable. So stinky smelly of mold and mildew no matter how much heat or a/c you used in that room.Peeling paint on bathroom ceiling.

Enjoyed our stay

Great location in Wellfleet! Mayo Beach is steps away and we enjoyed walking to the Bookstore for dinner. Parts of the cottage are a bit dated, but otherwise the small cottage worked well.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved this quaint cottage with a beautiful view and great location. We enjoyed walking to dinner and watching a sunset on the beach. The sunrise was amazing as well! Definitely coming back.

It would have been nice to check in before 4. Fyi, thermostat does not control fireplace heater. Rain comes in through master bedroom window. Grill is propane, not charcoal as described. Clothesline would have been handy. Two garbage cans in kitchen but only one trash bin outside; no instructions for what to do with recycling or deposit containers. We were very comfortable and hope to return

Cape Getaway

The location is fantastic. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and beaches. Cottage is rustic but comfortable. Easy to access and friendly. Told them the blinds were broken in one bedroom and they offered to come out right away. Wasn’t necessary and wasn’t urgent, just more of an FYI to fix for the next guests but was nice that they offered to come fix it right away. Again the location is wonderful.

Loved our stay. The cottage provided everything we needed and was in a fantastic location. Communication through their portal was a bit onerous and sometimes didn't work. Responses were slow.

Great stay in Wellfleet

Cute little cottage across from Mayo beach. Very attentive property management company with multiple checkins and follow up. Had issue with tv and fireplace and they came that day and fixed. Would rent from Del Mar again!

Beautiful rental!

This rental was beautiful and an amazing location, so close to the water and town! Check in was easy and convenient. The only thing that we were uncertain on based on the listing was what to bring for the kitchen since cooking utensils weren’t mentioned in the listing. Our unit did not have a cutting board which we would have brought had we known.

Fabulous Cottage

This cottage was fabulous! It was super cute and exactly the right amount of space. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and the living space was great. We will definitely be looking to stay again.
