A relaxation oasis on a hill, surrounded by extensive meadows and forests. On a generous 95 m2 of living space with garden use, our house floor offers cosiness and comfort.
Whether for a break with relaxation, enjoyment of cozy togetherness, hikes in the Schöcklland or shopping in Graz - our private country house stands for flexibility.
Photo shoots can be organized, guided hikes / Sigthseeing tours can be booked or seminars can be organized on a small scale.

The living room includes a spacious living / dining room and a large bedroom including table, as an additional work opportunity.
The kitchen is a bit smaller, but fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher).
The apartment is rounded off by a beautiful bathroom with a large bathtub and a separate toilet.
In the garden you can eat and read wonderfully or just make yourself comfortable and soak up the sun.

All of the rooms described above on the ground floor of the house are available to guests for their sole use.
Likewise, the garden and meadow around the house can be shared - in community with us.

Here you really live in touch with nature: it is not a favorite cafe or landmark that characterizes the neighborhood, but the vastness of the meadows, the twittering of the birds and the sound of the wind in the forest.

At the same time, however, the city center of Graz is only 12 km away and leaves nothing to be desired. Top restaurants, sights, culture and modernity - opera and Murinsel, cinemas and shopping centers.
Everything your heart desires to enjoy both city flair and nightlife and at the same time experience a very quiet and idyllic living atmosphere.

Since our country house is somewhat secluded (the nearest bus stop is 1.5 km away), your own car or rental car is very advantageous.
The nearest cafe / restaurant is 2 km away, the nearest supermarket is around 5 km away.

If, however, the focus is exclusively on refueling and nature, we will gladly take care of a free pick-up plus a return trip from the train station or Graz-Thalerhof Airport, which is 35 minutes away, for stays of five days or more.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ungablich schöner Lage, sieht tatsächlich genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Die Gastgeberin ist besonders nett, hilfs- und kooperationsbereit, man fühlt sich wirklich sehr willkommen, ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Ruhe und Auszeit am Waldrand

Wir haben die Ruhe und Auszeit hier direkt am Wald genossen. Der Außenbereich ist immer Sommer sicherlich sehr angenehm, den tollen Blick ins Tal konnten wir auch jetzt im Herbst genießen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen und 2 Hunde sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, die kleine Essecke in der Küche haben wir gerne fürs gemütliche Frühstück genutzt. Im Wohnzimmer lud die großzügige Couch zum abendlichen Fernsehen und Chillen ein. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett begrüßt ... und auch das Malheur unserer Hunde hat sie nicht aus der Ruhe gebracht. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier sein durften. Wir kommen gerne bei passender Gelegenheit wieder.

Wundervoller, ruhiger Ort mit herrlichem Blick

Ein bezaubernder Ort, eine wunderschöne, große Ferienwohnung, ein toller Außenplatz mit Blick und ...Ruhe - ein Ort zum sich Wohlfühlen, zum Erholen, zum Genießen der Natur - eine Auszeit am Waldrand eben. Ruhige und gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist viel Platz in Schränken für die eigenen Sachen. Zum Wandern und E-Bike fahren sehr schöne Umgebung. Wer natürlich lieber die Stadt mag, muss immer mit dem Auto 30 Minuten nach Graz fahren. Für Hunde eine ideale Umgebung. Gerlinde ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin.

Kleines Paradies

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Auszeit in Weinitzen verbracht. Die Lage und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben und super, es fehlte an nichts und Gerlinde ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin! Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und nur ein paar Kilometer vom schönen Graz entfernt. Vielen Dank! Und ich kann nur empfehlen, sich dort zu erholen!

Nature and city life at your hand

Spotlessly clean beautiful house in the middle of the country side. Wonderful view over the hills. Ideal place to explore nature, at Raabklamm for instance, or stroll through the elegant and peaceful city of Graz. Gerlinde is a true superhost. Very friendly and always ready to give you the best tips to do.

We had a great holiday at this beautiful property. The surroundings are amazing and the apartment is clean, spacious and has everything that you could possibly need and more. Phantastisches Urlaubsdomizil

Unsere durch die Beschreibung des Objekts und der vorhandenen Bewertungen hohen Erwartungen an die Unterkunft wurden noch übertroffen: Die Wohnung ist geräumig, extrem geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin stand uns auf Wunsch jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Eine weitere Freude war die Ruhe, die wir im Garten sehr genossen haben. Ein Juwel unter den Ferienunterkünften!

Wunderbar!!!

Es war dort wunderbar gewesen. Die Ferienwohnung war in allen Belagen gut ausgestattet gewesen. Wenn man sich eine idyllische und herrliche Umgebung um das Haus wünscht, dann ist man dort bestens aufgehoben. Dort kann man richtig entspannen. Für unsere kleinen Hunde ist das ein Paradies zum freien rumtrollen gewesen. Wir werden garantiert wieder, bei Gelegenheit versuchen, diesmal sicherlich länger, uns einzumieten. Die Betreuung und Unterstützung seitens des Vermieters war in allen Bereichen exzellent gut.

Gesucht & gefunden!

Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt haben wir (2 Zweibeiner und 2 Vierbeiner) mit der großzügigen und bestens ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung einen tollen Ort für Ruhe und ein "Kopf freibekommen" gefunden. Frau Freistätter ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Leider – und das fanden wir wirklich schade – konnten wir arbeitsbedingt nur 4 Tage bleiben. Vielen Dank für die kurze aber trotzdem intensive Zeit der Erholung!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man schläft bestens, alles ist sehr sauber. Die traumhafte Lage in ruhiger und naturnaher Umgebung lässt sofort das Gefühl von Erholung und Entspannung aufkommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und die sehenswerte Stadt Graz sind in nächster Nähe. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt, es ist immer jemand erreichbar, die Betreuung ist also auch hervorragend! Unser kleiner Hund war ebenfalls willkommen und fand die Wiesen rund um das Haus einfach herrlich. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen, dass wir wieder so angenehme Tage dort verbringen können! Herzliche Grüße von Gerlinde und Klaus!

Geweldige locatie, zeer rustig gelegen maar slechts 20 minuten rijden van de prachtige en levendige stad Graz. Hartelijke gastvrouw en aan alles in het huis s gedacht. Ook heel schoon. Een aanrader!

Eine erholsame Woche im Grünen

Wir hatten als Familie eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft bei Graz. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich und hervorragend ausgestattet. Mitten im Grünen konnten wir wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen. Graz ist für einen Städteteip nur ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Gerlinde ist eine aufmerksame und flexible Vermieterin, die auf alle unsere Fragen und Bedürfnisse eingegangen ist und sich um einen erholsamen Aufenthalt für uns bemüht hat. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter!

Die Ferienwohnung ist toll eingerichtet und in ruhiger Lage , genau wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir hatten dort einen schönen ruhigen Urlaub.
