**BEDROOMS**
On the main level, you'll find two bedrooms, one furnished with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed. Venture upstairs to discover two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed accompanied by a twin rollaway bed, while the second bedroom features two twin beds and a trundle bed, providing ample sleeping space for additional guests.

**BATHROOMS**
Upstairs, discover a full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination, providing convenience and versatility for your bathing needs. On the main level, indulge in another full bathroom boasting a separate shower and tub, offering flexibility and comfort for guests. Conveniently located off the kitchen, you’ll find the half bath, providing added convenience for quick visits without interrupting your culinary adventures.

**LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN**
Enjoy the convenience of an open concept kitchen with all the appliances that you need for cooking, adjacent to a generously-sized sunken-style living room offering panoramic views of the lake. Wind down with entertainment on the smart TV, complete with streaming services. Please use your personal logins to access your favorite shows and movies.

**OUTSIDE SPACE**
Step out onto the back deck where you'll find the grill and a cozy fire pit, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Additionally, the lakeside gazebo is equipped with a TV for added entertainment. A Blackstone griddle was also recently added for guest use. With your own private dock, feel free to bring your boat and jet skis along for water adventures. Take a dip in the lake or relax on our lily pad or party float, basking in the sunshine in the 16-foot deep waters. Life jackets are provided for your safety and enjoyment.

We are located right by Lakeside Marina, just across from it. You can easily drive your boats and trailers to our property or take advantage of nearby highway 41 boat ramp - either way you'll launch into an incredible experience and a heaven-sent getaway full of adventure and relaxation. Be sure not to forget that we have neighbors who also need access, when parking upon arrival!

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home except the storage closet.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract prior to their reservation.

Please note that our property although right by the lake, is amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Please enjoy a cozy fire out at the fire pit (you will have to bring your own firewood). We ask that you keep watch over small children as we do not want any accidents to occur. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to anything that can potentially set it on fire.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
