"Lovely clean flat for the money, okay location, no lift but it did the job! Unfortunately went to the wrong place first (clifton village rather than house) and it took 5 calls, 40 minutes and the operator accidentally letting us into someone else’s room before anyone realised, so maybe some better operator training necessary. "After reading the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive but shouldn’t have been, it was a great stay for our family of 4. The studio was as advertised and the sofa bed was made up for our kids. "The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs.
