"The elevator was down. The pool was closed. The eggs and hashbrowns were disgusting! The room was so hot when we got in there we put the ac on all night and the room was still warm in the morning. The staff were loud in the hallway at 7:30 am. Will never book here again! "

"We stayed here before and had a great experience. Location is great and rooms are clean and comfortable. Last night however, was a regrettable experience for which we will not return.
Our room had no hot water in the tub. An issue that can happen anywhere, but the manner in which it was dealt with by the lady at the front desk was appalling.
We were told to run the tub for 15 minutes. When we returned to the front desk to say the problem was not yet resolved, she was on the phone and still...
