"I was disappointed with my stay. I had a major water leak at home and booked this hotel expecting a smooth experience, but that was not the case. I checked in during the evening and was given two key cards that did not work. My room was on the top floor at the end of the hallway, so I used my mobile phone to call the front desk for assistance and was on hold for 15 minutes before walking back to the lobby to report the issue. "This was the 1st hotel I've stayed in, in the past 5 years, that did NOT have the outlets required to charge my phone. I didn't bring my charger, only my cables, so I had to wait and charge in my car. Plus, the breakfast was ok, not great. A waffle maker or pancake maker are very inexpensive and would have brought up the breakfast experience."

"Location is great and staff is very helpful but rooms are so dated. The carpet in my room had duct tape in spots. The toilet is so low that it almost hurts your needs. Kitchen appears to have been upgraded but mattress probably has not been in 15 years."
